Deniz from bdmcoach.com.au and inspiredgrowthtraining.com is from Nowra on the South Coast of NSW Australia just a few hours’ drive south of Sydney.
He was a fruiterer for most of his working life after he left high school. One lesson he learnt on the job is “There are no emails in fruit!”
If a new coffee shop opened, Deniz had to call them or go and visit them to get the business. It is this mindset that has made him a successful coach in the BDM space.
Deniz believes the real estate industry can be operated on the same concept. It’s all about asking for the business and knowing what experience you can give your clients. He says real estate is not just about collecting rent and charging a fee, but about what services and products you can provide your clients and how much money you can save them if they use you or your services. Deniz excels at assessing real estate teams and finding the ‘blockage’ in an office that may be stopping them from achieving the new business numbers they desire. John is serving his second term in the North Carolina House of Representatives and serves as the Majority Deputy Whip as well as Chairman of two House Committees. Kellie Tollifson is a small business owner, property manager and sought-after speaker. Kellie began her 23 year career in Property Management as a landlord managing her own investment properties. She has grown to become owner of T-Square Properties, which manages over 450 doors and 50 Homeowner Associations. Kellie shares her expertise in the small business community and property management industry with audiences across the country. Kellie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University and is a past President of the King County Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Jennifer joined Park Avenue Properties as a Property Manager in June 2007. After helping the firm grow their property management business, Jennifer was promoted to Sales Manager of the Property Management Division in 2008, in 2011 she was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and in 2013, Jennifer was promoted to Vice President of Park Avenue Properties. In 2014, Jennifer was promoted to Senior Vice President with direct oversight of all areas of the firm’s business.
Jennifer was awarded the “Top Woman in Business” award in 2012. Jennifer has served in leadership roles for NARPM having served on the Charlotte Regional Board as Treasurer, Vice President and three terms as President. She currently serves on multiple NARPM National committees including, Professional Development of which she is currently Vice Chair, Government Affairs and Designation Committee as well as serving as a NARPM Designation Mentor. Jennifer serves on the NC Association of Realtors Board of Governors and she also Co-Chairs the education committee of NC Association of Realtors Property Management Division. Andrew has illustrated throughout his career his resolute commitment to delivering first-class results for clients, as well as consistently improving efficiencies and operations across his companies. Industry knowledge and a keen focus on technology has been a major priority for Andy. The feature was based on the true story of Andy and his missionary companion, Travis R. Tuttle, and their dramatic experience of being kidnapped and held for ransom by the Russian Mafia in March of 1998. Andy also wrote and help produce, The Story Behind The Saratov Approach: A Fireside Event in 2013, which is now available on DVD, Blu-ray, and Netflix, along with the “Saratov Approach.”
As well as his commitment to his business interests and wide real estate pursuits, Andy’s family is #1 in his life. Married to his beautiful wife, Shonda Propst, for 17 years, Andy and Shonda adopted their first son, Samuel Propst, in 2008. Further, the Propst family welcomed another new addition with their adoption of Brooklyn in 2011. Originally from Oregon and now proud to call Idaho home, Andy is also bilingual, being a fluent speaker of Russian, alongside English.

Robert M. Locke, RMP, MPM
Robert graduated from Michigan State University in 1969 with a degree in Business and Marketing. Robert got his real estate license in 1973 and has practiced real estate sales, investing and property management ever since. He and his wife Betty have bought over 150 houses for their own account and have located over 500 houses for their investor clients.
Robert started managing rentals for others in 1980 out of his basement as Crown Management Corporation and over 9,000 tenants have rented from Crown since then. Crown had acquired 14 other management companies in the past 10 years and Robert brokers the sale of management companies between others. Crown’s clients included accidental landlords, private investors, Real Estate Investment Trusts, banks, government agencies, builders, lenders and other brokers. Crown was managing 1000 single family rentals in Atlanta in 2015 when Realogy, a fortune 500 company (and the largest real estate company in the world), bought the company.
Robert is past president and board member of the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He received the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation in 1998, his Master Property Manager (MPM) designation in 1999, and Crown received the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) designation in 2000.
Robert is a frequent speaker at local, national and international real estate conventions. He has been hired by attorneys needing expert witness in magistrates, state and federal courts on property management disputes and is a trainer in the real estate investing community. Robert is a certified instructor for the National Association of Residential Property Managers and a member of the Partners In Education for the Georgia Association of Realtors.
